We dispatch every candy order with care and attention. Most deliveries arrive within 3–5 business days, and you will receive a tracking link as soon as your parcel ships so you can follow its journey.
We offer free standard shipping on every order over £20. Express delivery options are available at checkout for faster arrival.
If you are not completely happy with your chocolates or sweets, you can return your order within 30 days for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original condition.
If your delivery arrives with any damaged chocolates or confectionery, let us know immediately and we'll send a replacement right away.
